Ollie Tyler

Ollie co-founded Parzival Partners with a simple observation: private equity was consolidating US healthcare faster than the executive market could keep up, and the search firms serving it were generalists. He built Parzival as the opposite — a specialist firm that maps its verticals continuously and brings clients the leaders they could not have found themselves.

The veterinary desk came first and remains his own. Over six years he has placed Chief Veterinary Officers, Chief Medical Officers, COOs, CFOs, corporate development leaders and more into PE-backed platforms at every stage of the hold period, from first institutional capital through to exit preparation. His searches regularly involve the hardest constraint in the market: board-certified clinical talent that is scarce, well paid, and rarely looking.

Alongside the veterinary desk, Ollie leads Parzival's sponsor relationships, working directly with PE operating partners not just on their veterinary assets but across their wider multi-site healthcare portfolios, including behavioural health, weight management, telehealth and clinical research platforms. These are portfolio-wide leadership partnerships rather than one-off mandates. He believes the best time to meet an executive is before the search exists, and the best time to fix a leadership gap is eighteen months before the exit process starts.

He works from Leeds, serves clients almost entirely in the US, and has built the firm's team and verticals around the same candidate-first model he started with.
